Sophie Honess

Sophie Honess is a textile artist, specialising in weaving, embroidery, tufting, and latch-hook. She creates works that respond to her immediate environment of Gomeroi country.
Sophie is also a weaver with Yinarr Maramali, a first-nations business who practice and teach cultural Gomeroi weaving in the community.
